Through data, we optimize mainly Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) planning and analytical solutions for large corporates worldwide, specifically focused on Financial Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning and more. These solutions are implemented in various industries, such as Financial Services, Insurance, Production, Manufacturing, Automotive, Chemicals and many others.

Although we are based in the Czech Republic, our horizons go much further beyond. We can offer impact of large corporates in an environment of a small startup. We are a team of professionals offering state-of-the-art solutions. We specialize in what we offer to the clients.

On a typical day, you will…

• Assess, design, and deliver the solution architecture
• Lead, oversee and help the team with delivery of solution within SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Cloud Platform
• Lead and moderate the interaction with clients
• Analyze the needs of the clients, elaborate the requirements, and formulate the appropriate solution concept
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation
• Build up strong relationships with business users and stakeholders

This position is not tied to a specific project, but we are happy to talk about the right fit for you during the interview rounds.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of working experience in one of the areas: controlling, budgeting, reporting or analytics with team management experience
• Finance management and planning experience
• Knowledge of at least one of the following tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC, SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, Tableau, MS Power BI, Qlik or similar MS / Google / Oracle products
• Experience in project delivery management
• Experience in business & data analysis tasks
• Understanding of data modelling and BI concepts
• Experience in Enterprise performance management processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel

Nice to have (but certainly not essential):

• Expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing BI/planning solutions
• Working experience within FP&A department is an advantage
• Experience in agile working methodology is an advantage
• Master's Degree in a related field

Languages:

• We mostly speak Czech. We use English with our clients and you will need it regularly as all external meetings, conversations, and documentation is in English level C1.
• German would be fantastic, but we certainly do not require it.

Locations:

• We are based in Prague but we also support remote work (subject to a joint agreement).
• Workshops and team get-togethers are usually hosted in our office.
