What do we do?

Through data, we optimize mainly Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) planning and analytical solutions for large corporates worldwide, specifically focused on Financial Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning and more. These solutions are implemented in various industries, such as Financial Services, Insurance, Production, Manufacturing, Automotive, Chemicals and many others.

Although we are based in the Czech Republic, our horizons go much further beyond. We can offer impact of large corporates in an environment of a small startup. We are a team of professionals offering state-of-the-art solutions. We specialize in what we offer to the clients.

On a typical day, you will…

• Analyze the needs of the clients, elaborate the requirements, and formulate the appropriate solution concept
• Lead and moderate the interaction with clients
• Develop and maintain SAP Datasphere implementations.
• Analyze client needs and design appropriate solutions.
• Lead workshops with clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Build up and maintain strong relationships with business users and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, align within the team, communicate, and adjust the solution as per the client’s needs
• This position is not tied to a specific project, but we are happy to talk about the right fit for you during the interview rounds.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of at least 1-2 years of work experience in Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing
• A degree or apprenticeship in IT
• Proficiency in Data modeling ETL processes and SQL.
• Knowledge of at least one of the following tools: Oracle DB, MS SQL Server, SAP Datasphere, Snowflake, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, SAP HANA (or any BI, DWH or Cloud tool).
• Experience in business & data analysis tasks
• Application / data development tasks delivery within set deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Customer orientation

 Nice to have (but certainly not essential):

• Knowledge of SAP HANA (Cloud), Datasphere or BTP
• Experience with Cloud-based platforms, particularly SAP or Non-SAP.
• Knowledge of SAP Data structures.
• Experience in Data integration.
• Experience in Finance, controlling, or operations reporting.
• Experience in training sessions delivery
• Experience in agile working methodology is an advantage
• Programming skills

Languages:

• We mostly speak Czech. We use English with our clients, and you will need it regularly as all external meetings, conversations, and documentation is in English level B2.
• German would be fantastic, but we certainly do not require it.

Locations:

• We are based in Prague but we also support remote work (subject to a joint agreement).
• Workshops and team get-togethers are usually hosted in our office.
