Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in finance, accounting, or IT - and curious about how large companies manage their financial processes?

Join NDC Group as a Junior Financial Consolidation Consultant and gain hands-on experience delivering financial consolidation and reporting solutions. You’ll work hands-on with our long-term developed consolidation solution and grow your consulting skills within a team combining business process expertise with data and technical skills.

For more than 15 years, we have consulted the largest European companies and delivered innovation and quality award-winning solutions. As our own NDC Financial Consolidation has started gaining significant market demand, we need to expand our team of specialized consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learn to design and configure our NDC Financial Consolidation solution, supporting areas such as:
    • Legal/statutory consolidation (e.g. IFRS group reporting)
    • Managerial/internal consolidation
    • Non-financial data consolidation (e.g. ESG indicators)
  • Work closely with client finance teams to:
    • Understand their consolidation processes and reporting needs.
    • Support the delivery of high-quality and user-friendly solutions.
    • Help prepare and validate data for system migration and go-live
  • Assist with data checks and reconciliations during system setup and testing.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and learn about real-world group finance operations.
  • Help create training materials, documentation, and demo examples for client use.
  • Learn how to communicate between business and technology teams to help deliver meaningful financial solutions.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A university degree in finance, accounting, controlling, IT, data science, or a similar field.
  • Strong interest in financial processes like group reporting, consolidation, or budgeting.
  • Curiosity to understand how data, systems, and finance teams work together.
  • Willingness to learn tools and concepts such as IFRS consolidation logic, data mapping, and reporting automation.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail when working with financial data.
  • A proactive approach—you’re not afraid to ask questions or dive into new tasks.
  • Solid communication skills; you’re comfortable speaking with both tech and business people.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

Previous experience with any consolidation or EPM tools (SAP, Tagetik, HFM, etc.) is nice but not required—we’ll teach you what you need to know.

Why Join Us?

  • Learn from experts: Work with experienced consultants who will help you build confidence and skill in finance and technology.
  • Be part of projects for clients like Sandoz, Mott MacDonald, or Zurich Insurance, delivering high-impact consolidation and EPM solutions.
  • Enjoy our nonsense-free culture with minimum formal or mundane obligations. We like what we do, and we strive to keep our organization and way of thinking lean and informal as we can.
  • Contribute to true financial innovation with the possibility to further extend your knowledge across the rest of the EPM processes - (financial) planning, forecasting, and advanced analytics.
  • Build a career that fits your goals - whether you want to lead projects, develop technically, or stay deep in finance, we tailor your path.
  • Work directly with clients, gaining not just delivery experience but business exposure too.
  • Join a team with deep finance expertise – most of our colleagues are experts and have a hands-on knowledge to help you out in your first steps with us.
  • An optional Buddy/Mentor setup is available if you want guidance or to accelerate your development.
  • Flexible remote working and a supportive international team.
