CHIPS: CONSOLIDATION / AUDIT / DATA ANALYTICS / CZECH REPUBLIC OR REMOTE (EUROPE-WIDE) / FULL-TIME OR CONTRACT

Join NDC Group as a Financial Consolidation Consultant and lead the transformation of our client’s legal financial consolidation and group reporting. You’ll work hands-on with our long-term developed consolidation solution and grow your consulting skills within a team combining business process expertise with data and technical skills.

For more than 15 years, we consult the largest European companies and delivered innovation and quality award-winning solutions. As our own NDC Financial Consolidation started gaining significant market demand, we need to expand our team of specialised consultants.

What You´ll Be Doing?

  • Design and deliver NDC Financial Consolidation solution in the areas: 
    mainly: legal/statutory financial consolidation (IFRS) 
    often combined with: managerial/internal consolidation, and consolidation of non-financials (e.g. ESG) 
  • Collaborate with client finance teams to gather requirements, propose process improvements, design target process, reporting, and solution concept, and deliver robust consolidation solutions. 
  • Analyse and validate financial data to prepare migration strategies and ensure compatibility with the proposed design concept.  
  • Run the data reconciliations before the new process and solution go-live. 
  • Facilitate workshops with clients to define consolidation logic, discuss reporting requirements, and support the adoption of change. Be the face of our team. 
  • Provide training and documentation to clients to ensure a smooth transition and continued use of the financial consolidation solution. 
  • Help us improve – we are a learning organisation and your feedback WILL be valuable for both our consulting and technology teams. 

Who We´re Looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in accounting or financial controlling, audit, or reporting (e.g. consolidated statements, group reporting, financial performance management). 
  • Hands-on knowledge of legal/statutory financial consolidation, for example, from roles in audit firms (e.g. Big Four) or internal finance transformation projects. 
  • Familiarity with any consolidation tools like SAP BPC, Group Reporting, Tagetik, HFM, Jedox or similar platforms is a plus. 
  • Big-picture thinker who is not shy to click in the tool and configure the consolidation logic.
  • Independent, proactive approach and strong communication skills. 
  • Not shy of talking to product tech teams to request solution enhancements or tweaks to the current functionality. 
  • Fluent English.
