Application Specialist / Product Consultant
Join NDC Group as an Application Specialist / Product Consultant and help us further develop and deliver our financial consolidation solution. You will work hands-on across testing, documentation, customer demos, issue analysis, and release preparation, while supporting consultants, partners, and sales teams in day-to-day product-related activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine business understanding, product thinking, and technical curiosity in one position.
For more than 15 years, we have been consulting for some of the largest European companies and delivering innovation- and quality-award-winning solutions. As our own NDC Financial Consolidation solution continues to gain strong market traction, we are looking to expand our team with a new colleague who will help us strengthen both our product delivery and its further development.
Key responsibilities
- Testing application functionality and new features
- Preparing and maintaining product documentation
- Preparing customer demos and demo environments
- Processing and analyzing issues reported by consultants
- Helping reproduce problems in the development environment
- Supporting consultants, partners, and sales colleagues
- Assisting with the release preparation of new application versions
- Supporting translation of the application into Czech and other languages
- Bringing ideas for improvements to the application and development process
- Participating in the definition of new functionality
What we are looking for
- Experience in application implementation and/or software development
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to produce clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation
- Basic knowledge of financial consolidation is an advantage
- Detail-oriented mindset and sensitivity to UX / usability
